Are You Trying To Quit Smoking? Study Says: Nicotine Patches & Prescription Drugs Can Help

Electronic Cigarette vs Regular Tobacco Cigarette

A new international study says that smokers have considerably more success when they use nicotine patches or prescription medications than when they try to go it alone.

Past research has yielded conflicting evidence on the effectiveness of such aids since they seem to work in clinical trials, but less so in a real-life setting.

It's pretty obvious now that quitting cold turkey is not that easy and has limited success rate.

So, if you don't want to use prescription drugs or mess with patches but still want to quit smoking the easy way, try an electronic cigarette.
